However, with the consent of the tutor, the on-the-job staff can apply for some types of projects through their units, and at the same time, they should provide a letter signed by the tutor to explain the relationship between the applied project and their degree thesis, and undertake the guarantee of working time and conditions after the project, and submit it together with the thesis application as an annex. \x0d\ In-service graduate students can apply for general projects, youth science fund projects, regional science fund projects and some joint fund projects (unless otherwise specified), but in-service graduate students are not allowed to apply for youth science fund projects. \ x0d \ 4。 Scientific and technical personnel engaged in research in postdoctoral workstations need to provide a written commitment from the supporting unit to extend their postdoctoral workstations until the expiration of the project funding after obtaining the project funding; Or stay in supporting units for scientific research after leaving the station.
