The origin of amitabha
When Amitabha was robbed for a long time in the past, he made a great wish to establish a pure land in the West, which was boundless and solemn, and was widely respected and promoted by Mahayana Buddhism. Mahayana Buddhist scriptures, such as Infinite Life Sutra, Amitabha Sutra, and Guanyin Infinite Life Sutra, describe Amitabha and its Buddhist paradise in detail.

Where Mahayana Buddhism spreads, such as China, Japanese and other Mahayana parishes, Amitabha belief is particularly prosperous and important. The pure land Sect of Han Buddhism was once the pure land of the west where Amitabha was born as a special practice.

The extended information "Hokkeyo" contains: Amitabha Buddha, Acheng Buddha and Sakyamuni Buddha were all one of the sixteen sons of Datong Zhisheng Buddha, and they made outstanding achievements in practicing Hokkeyo.

Amitabha used to be born in the land of Nettilan, and it was called the Year of King Wu. Because of his minister Bao Hai's suggestion, he followed Bao Lian, which is the so-called boundless net. He gave birth to thousands of children. His eldest son died and later became avalokitesvara, and his second son Nemo became the most powerful bodhisattva, followed by Manjusri Bodhisattva, Pu Xian and Acheng Buddha. Its minister, Baohai, was the previous life of Sakyamuni Buddha. ?

The Buddhist Sutra of Sakyamuni states: In the past, there were four bhikkhus under the Buddhist Gate of the Empty King, and Amitabha was the third bhikkhu, which was obtained by practicing Buddhism.
