1. First, open the excel table and select the cells in the area to be restored;
2. Then, right-click and select the "Cell Format" option;
3. Then, select "Number, General" in this page and click the "OK" button.
After this operation, the asterisk area can be restored to numbers.
If you want to delete the redundant asterisks directly, first select the cells that need to remove the asterisks, click the search selection drop-down triangle arrow on the start menu bar, then select Replace, enter ~ * in the pop-up search and replace interface, leave the words replace blank, then click Replace All and click OK. Close the Find and Replace dialog box and return to the main interface. You can see that the * sign has been deleted.
If you want to hide the asterisk again, you can select the data cell, then press Ctrl+ 1 to format the cell, and select Custom under the number bar in the pop-up window. Type "* *" and click OK. This can hide the numbers in the table.
