Government units. The Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council, which belongs to the government unit, is an office to assist the Prime Minister in handling overseas Chinese affairs. The State Council Overseas Chinese Affairs Office put up a sign in the United Front Work Department of the Central Committee responsible for overseas Chinese affairs. Overseas Chinese are natural persons with China nationality who are designated to live abroad.
