Who are the celebrities of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology?
Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) (English: HKUST &; Technology, HKUST), a highly internationalized research university founded in June19910, is also one of the eight universities in Hong Kong funded by the University Grants Committee that can award degrees. It consists of five colleges: Science College, Engineering College, Business Administration College, Humanities and Social Sciences College and Fok Ying Tung Research Institute. At present, HKUST University ranks among the top 50 in the world. In 20 10, QS ranked it as the second in Asia, second only to the University of Hong Kong. In the field of social sciences, HKUST ranks first among the three places across the Taiwan Strait in the academic ranking of world universities of Shanghai Jiaotong University, and its EMBA courses and mechanical engineering research publications rank first in the world.

Because of its short history, it is impossible to cultivate scholars with high reputation.
