Deng Mingnan, Bai nationality, born in April 1968, graduated from Central Party School, party member, CPC, and joined the work in July 1989. He has served as instructor and director of Economic Development Branch of Dali Public Security Bureau, deputy director of Dali Public Security Bureau, deputy secretary and executive deputy director of Party Committee of Dali Public Security Bureau. He is currently the deputy magistrate (county public security chief) of Binchuan County Government in Yunnan Province, assisting the county magistrate in charge of political and legal work.
