Good Morning, everyone!
Please allow me to introduce myself briefly. My name is Li Ming, and I'm a recent graduate majoring in business administration in north china university of technology.
First of all, let me briefly talk about my understanding of the work of village officials, which is divided into two aspects.
First, from the national perspective, village officials are a strategic policy, which can be said to be a bridge or platform for information communication, connecting graduates and rural areas, two long-standing problems at the national level. This policy not only solves the employment problem of graduates, but also makes substantial contributions to the construction of new countryside in China.
Secondly, from a personal point of view, I think village officials are a very noble profession. Officially, it is a hot spot for us students to come back from school, serve us and raise us. But in fact, this is what we really didn't expect, otherwise everyone wouldn't be sitting here today.
Because I have no specific contact with this job, so, maybe, my understanding of village officials is still limited. However, I think I am qualified for this job with my present state and ability. Why do you say that? There are three main reasons:
First, I think I am good at expressing and communicating, which may also be something accumulated by the student union and social practice during my college years.
Second, I take my work very seriously. People who know me will say that I am a workaholic, or advise me not to be too stubborn and hard at work! But I think I will do it. First, being able to afford wages deserves the attention of superiors. Secondly, I think I can afford the time.
Third, talk about my major. Business administration, many people who don't know my major will say that business administration is just a hollow reputation, hehe, but as a graduate of business administration, I think our major is an all-rounder with quotation marks. We will learn a lot about management, marketing, personnel, finance, law and logistics. These are the core courses of our major.
I think expression and communication are the basic qualities of people, and being serious and responsible for work is an attitude. Different majors may affect your thinking mode and your practical professional ability in the future. I think village officials should also need these things, so I think I have the ability to do this job well.
Finally, I hope the examiners will give me a chance. If I can be selected, I will strive to become the "backbone of new rural construction" in the mouth of Commissioner Li Yuanchao (Commissioner the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, March 2008).
Extended data:
There are three kinds of self-introduction:
First, introduce yourself for the purpose of job hunting. This kind of self-introduction is mainly used in the interview process, because its purpose is to apply for a position. Therefore, in addition to personal natural circumstances, self-introduction information usually involves information such as past performance, understanding of the target position, reasons for matching with the target position, special talents or talents.
However, because the self-introduction link in the interview process is often only 2-5 minutes, it is difficult to express this information in detail, so one skill must be mastered in this process-suspense! The methods of creating suspense include:
1, highlighting numbers. For example, job seekers in the market can describe their past performance by comparing several sets of figures, people engaged in R&D can talk about the conversion rate of R&D performance and the market income obtained, people engaged in publicity can talk about the changes in brand awareness and influence, and even college students can use figures to talk about their achievements in part-time jobs.
2. Use proper adverbs or adjectives. For example, "Through the efforts of my team and I, the XX project has made a breakthrough" and "Compared with any previous annual meeting", interviewers often pay attention to words such as "breakthrough" and "great difference".
Therefore, they are interested in asking you this question further. You know, although the length of interview communication is not proportional to the final result, at least in most cases, a short interview will basically not bring good results.
3. Summary and induction of personal characteristics. This method is widely used in the process of job hunting for fresh college students, so it is still difficult to stand out in expressing personal characteristics.
Generally speaking, a considerable number of job seekers use similar words with personal characteristics, and most of them are not supported by practical examples, so unless your personal characteristics are really special and there are practical examples, try not to use this method.
