Li Xiufeng, formerly known as Li Xiufen, female, was born in Botou City, Hebei Province on 1948/month, and graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Lanzhou Institute of Education. At present, he is the executive vice chairman of Gansu Artists Association, the president of Gansu Traditional Chinese Painting Academy, a member of Gansu Federation of Literary and Art Circles, the director of China Artists Association's Tourism Friendship Center, a national first-class artist, a member of China Artists Association, a judge of Gansu Provincial Fine Arts Professional Senior Title Evaluation Committee, a member of Gansu Federation of Literary and Art Circles, the deputy director of China Xubeihong Painting Academy of the Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese of the Ministry of Culture, a lifelong painter of Nobel Art Center in Sweden, the Chinese artistic director of China Painting and Calligraphy Far East Exchange Center, and the director of China International Painting Li Xiufeng. He has won many awards in national art exhibitions and art exhibitions at or above the provincial level. Many works are collected by collectors at home and abroad. He has published Selected Chinese Paintings of Li Xiufeng, etc. Dunhuang Literature and Art Award, established and awarded by Gansu Provincial Party Committee and Government in 1998 and 2000 for two consecutive years, is regarded as one of the middle-aged female painters in China today.
