What are applicants, activists and development targets? This is a basic concept that must be clarified. There are both connections and differences among applicants, activists and development targets, which are usually interpreted as: anyone who meets the requirements of Article 1 of party constitution and formally submits an application to the party organization (usually in written form) is called an "applicant". On the recommendation of the party group (the Communist Youth League members are organized by the Communist Youth League) and the study by the branch committee (the branch meeting without the branch committee), they can be identified as "activists joining the Party". Party branches should generally designate training contacts for activists joining the Party, and have specific training and education plans and measures. After more than one year's training and education of party activists, listening to the opinions of the party group, cultivating contacts and people inside and outside the party, and after discussion by the branch committee (the branch meeting without a branch committee), the party organization basically meets the conditions of party member and is ready for recent development, which is called "development object". ?

It is one of the procedures for developing party member in China to fill in the registration form for the training and inspection of party activists, which must be filled out after the party applicants are recognized as party activists. Filling in this form shows that the party activists have entered the inspection period of the party organization. Therefore, party organizations and party activists must take it seriously. ?

Before filling in this form, you should read the instructions on the title page of this form, carefully study the section "How to fill in the registration form for the investigation of activists joining the Party" on pages 26 and 27 of the Practical Manual for the Work of Grassroots Organizations compiled by the Organization Department of the Party Committee of the Group Company in 2002, and then start writing. ?

Whether people can be identified as training objects can not be replaced by the personal opinions of party branch secretaries; Second, there must be a standard expression in the "Party branch opinions" that "XXX is determined to be the training object of party activists after discussion and decision by the Party branch committee on a certain day of a certain year". Responsible trainer: (1) Both trainers should fill in the records. (2) Fill in clearly according to the column requirements, and it cannot be empty. (1) The records of the two trainers' visits to the Party applicants should be filled in quarterly, not at intervals, not once every few quarters and not less than four quarters. (2) The content of the inspection record is mainly about the political quality, ideological consciousness, motivation, work, study, style, etc. of the inspection object, and it is necessary to talk about both achievements and problems.
