In 2006, he served as deputy director of Suzhou Science and Technology Bureau and Municipal Intellectual Property Office, chairman of Suzhou Municipal Committee of Chinese Revolutionary Committee and deputy director of CPPCC Economic and Technical Committee. In 2007, he served as deputy director of Suzhou Science and Technology Bureau, chairman of Suzhou Municipal Committee of Chinese Revolutionary Committee and deputy director of CPPCC Economic and Technical Committee. In June 2008, he served as deputy mayor of Suzhou, deputy director of the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, and chairman of the Suzhou Municipal Committee of the Chinese Revolutionary Committee. In April of the same year, he served as deputy mayor of Suzhou and chairman of Suzhou Municipal Committee of the Chinese Revolutionary Committee. 20 10 served as deputy mayor of Suzhou, chairman of Suzhou Municipal Committee of the Chinese Revolutionary Committee and president of the Red Cross Society. 20 12 June served as deputy mayor of Suzhou, vice chairman of jiangsu provincial party committee of the Chinese Revolutionary Committee, chairman of Suzhou Municipal Committee and president of the Red Cross Society.
