1. If you can, you must try out the work and come to work for a day or two before signing the contract. You can't see the problem just by chatting there. 3. The expenses of the housekeeping company can be refunded. If you are not satisfied, you must refund the fee and change the room service. Don't accept it reluctantly. We have nothing to suffer, but the children can't!
4. Finding a housekeeping company is not the only way. You can find the owners of early education halls, baby shops, baby swimming shops and so on nearby. And the people they are looking for are highly coincident with the people you spend a lot of money looking for in the housekeeping company! I found out later, too
Nanny is a little different from other jobs. Changing nannies is very expensive for parents, so they have strong negotiation capital, especially after your baby has adapted to her dependence. So it is much better to spend more time and energy to choose a good one at the beginning and be forced to change people halfway.
6. Young nannies are generally better than older ones, and they have generally studied hard, so they will be more scientific and communicate better in parenting. Older nannies will be particularly obsessed with traditional ways, and some will not listen to us, even if we know more.
7. The proportion of good nannies among live-in nannies is higher than that of nannies who don't live at home. If you want to find a nanny who can't live at home, you must choose from thousands.
8. Good nannies often work for several years at a time, and they can find the next one soon after finishing one job, while poor nannies are dismissed in a month or two and continue to find the next one. Therefore, it is doomed that most of the nannies we meet in the market are poor, so we should make psychological expectations and choose patiently.
