Chang Wanquan, male, Han nationality,1born in June 1949, from Nanyang, Henan Province, 1968+065438+ 10 joined China in March 1968, and 1968 joined the army. He graduated from Weinan Teachers College in Shaanxi Province by correspondence, with an in-service college degree and the rank of general. He is currently a member of the Central Military Commission of People's Republic of China (PRC), the 18th member of the Central Military Commission of the Communist Party of China (CPC), State Councilor and Minister of National Defense.
