Sun Zhigang, male, Han nationality,1born in May, 1954, from Xingyang, Henan Province, joined the work in February, 197 1, and joined China in September, 1976, with a postgraduate degree and a doctorate in economics.

He used to be the secretary and mayor of Yichang City, Hubei Province, the executive deputy governor of Anhui Province, the deputy director of the National Development and Reform Commission, the secretary and governor of Guizhou Province, and is currently the deputy director of the Financial and Economic Committee of the 13th National People's Congress.
