Yang Zongman, female. Country senior chef. Born in September, 1949, from Beijing. He is currently the deputy general manager of Quanjude Roast Duck Restaurant in Qianmen, Beijing. He is the manager of China Cuisine Association and the executive director of Beijing Cuisine Association. It is the fifth generation descendant of Quanjude founder Yang.
