Have you ever been cheated in finding a job?
When I couldn't find a job, I remember doing something that made me feel incredible:

At that time, after graduating from college, I went to the talent market in my city, just like other students in my dormitory, looking for jobs that suited me in various decreasing categories. However, due to our lack of work experience, we didn't find a job that really suited us or satisfied us after walking for more than a month, so I was very anxious with other students in my dormitory, and then I had an idea. It is at the same time that we normally submit resumes to other employers that each of us has fabricated a tragic experience of our own. In this tragic experience, we all wrote ourselves as a poor family from the countryside and finally graduated from college. I hope that the employer can be lenient and give us a job opportunity. We want to improve our chances of being hired in this way.

Then, I used this method to send my resume and this experience to an employer in the talent market. As a result, the interviewer read my resume and tragic experience, said nothing, and gave me an interview. During the interview, the first thing the interviewer said was that you made up this experience yourself. I'm a little at a loss, because I really made it up myself, and I can't lie, and my face is particularly red. As a result, the interviewer said that we hired you, not because your resume is terrible, but because I have also experienced your job search and employment, and your basic conditions meet my employment requirements, but don't lie like this in the future job search and employment process. I nodded to the interviewer and bowed deeply.

Through this incident, I understand that in any case, in the process of job hunting and employment, we must adhere to honesty and don't lie to get a job, because honesty is the most important principle in the workplace. If others lie like me, they may not be as lucky as me.
