The Construction Course of Yin Qing Expressway

Shandong section of Yin Qing Line, with a total length of 4 19 km, starts from Qingdao in the east, passes through Weifang, Zibo and Jinan, and leaves Xiajin to connect with Hebei. All the expressways have been built. 【 Ziji Road Boundary -89km- Jinan-1 10km- Zibo-108km- Weifang-1 12km- Qingdao, in which the section from Jinan to Qingdao was originally called Qing Ji Expressway. 〕

The starting point/ending point of Qingdao end of Yin Qing Line is connected with Liaoyang East Road, Laoshan District, Qingdao, and is located on the east side of the urban area, with the coordinate of 36 07 ′16.57 ″ n120 26 ′ 55.16 ″ e all-pass.

The Hebei section of Yin Qing Line, with a total length of 1.8 1.859km, is centered in Shijiazhuang, with Taiyuan in the west and Jinan in the east. It is the economic artery and main transportation channel of Jizhong Plain, with an estimated investment of 4.62 billion yuan. It was completed and opened to traffic in June 2005. After opening to traffic, it takes only 5 hours from Shijiazhuang to Qingdao. 〕

This section starts from Qinghe County at the junction of Hebei and Shandong in the east, ends at Luquan overpass of Shitai Expressway in the west, and passes through Qinghe, Nangong, Weixian, Xinhe, Ningjin, Zhaoxian, Luancheng, yuanshi county and Luquan in Xingtai and Shijiazhuang. The Hebei section of Yin Qing Expressway crosses 106, 107, 308 national highways and Beijing-Guangzhou and Beijing-Kowloon railways. There are 9 toll stations in the whole line, namely, Jilujie main line toll station, Qinghe toll station, Weixian toll station, Nangong toll station, Xinhe toll station, Ningjin toll station, Zhaoxian toll station, Luancheng toll station, Douyu toll station and Cecilia Yip toll station. Set up three service areas, namely Nangong Service Area, Ningjin Service Area and Shijiazhuang South Service Area; It is connected with Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway Interchange in Luancheng County, Daguang Expressway Interchange in Wu Xue Cun of Nangong City and Shitai Expressway in Luquan City. Among them, Yong 'an Interchange to Luquan Interchange has been identified as Shijiazhuang Outer Ring Road. The design standard of this section is fully enclosed, fully interconnected, four lanes in both directions, and the design speed is1.20km/h, which is the only way for Shijiazhuang, Taiyuan and western regions to reach Qingdao Olympic Games during the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. Shaanxi section of Yin Qing Expressway has been completed and opened to traffic. Shaanxi section of Yin Qing Expressway consists of Taijiu Expressway, Xia Fen Expressway (Taifen Expressway) and Liu Fen Expressway (Fenjun Expressway).

The total length of Taijiu Expressway is 140.678 km, starting from Wusu, Taiyuan, passing through Yuci District, Shouyang County, Yangquan City and Pingding County, and ending at Jiuguan, which borders Hebei Province. After leaving the province, it is connected with Shi Jing Expressway through Hebei Shiqing Expressway. There are five interchanges: Wusu, Jinzhong North, Shouyang, Yangquan and Pingding. There are six toll stations in Wusu, Jinzhong North, Shouyang, Yangquan, Pingding and Jiuguan.

Xia Fen Expressway is 56 kilometers long and passes through Jiaocheng County, Wenshui County and Fenyang City. The project started construction in 1998 10, and was completed and opened to traffic in 10, 2000. It is known as the first road in Lvliang. Two-way and four lanes, with the designed driving speed of 100km/h/h, there are five interchanges (Jiaocheng, Zhankou, Wenshui, Xinghua Village and Fenyang) and six toll stations, namely Jiaocheng Toll Station, Zhankou Toll Station, Wenshui Toll Station, Xinghua Toll Station, Fenyang Toll Station and Fenyang West Toll Station.

Fenyang-Lishi section of Liu Fen Expressway is an important part of "herringbone skeleton, nine horizontal and nine rings" expressway network and "three-hour high-speed access" project from province to city. The starting point is located in hebei village, Fenyang City, which is connected with Xia Fen Expressway, and the end point is located in Qiaojiata Village, lishi district, which is connected with Lishi-Du Jun Expressway, with a total length of 77.74 kilometers. Passing through Fenyang and Lishi City, there are four interchanges (Fenyang West, Wucheng, Lishi East and Lishi West), with a designed driving speed of 80 km/h, and there are four toll stations: Fenyang West, Wucheng, Lishi East and Lishi West. This section was completed and opened to traffic in June 2005. The total length of Liu Fen Expressway from Lishi to Du Jun is 38.55 kilometers, passing through Lishi and Liulin counties. The engineering technical standard adopts the mountain standard of expressway, with four lanes in two directions and a running speed of 80 km/h, which was opened to traffic on June 5438+February 2007. Wubu county-Zizhou County-Jingbian County of Yulin City has been fully opened to traffic. Wuzijing Expressway starts from Du Jun Town, Liulin County, Shanxi Province, on the east bank of the Yellow River at Baishuping Road, wubu county, crosses the Yellow River Bridge in the west, and ends at Zhanghuochang Village, Jingbian County. It is connected with Jingbian-Wangquanliang Expressway and is about 32 1 km away from Baomao Expressway and Yulin-Jingbian Expressway. It passes through the Loess Plateau in northern Shaanxi, the Mu Us Desert and its transitional areas, and the topography and geological structure along the line. According to statistics, there are 255 extra-large bridges and large and medium-sized bridges with a cumulative length of 57 kilometers, 327 culverts and 9 interchanges. The Ningxia section of Yin Qing Expressway is 82 kilometers long, starting from Wangquanliang, Yanchi County, passing through lingwu city and ending in Yinchuan, Ningxia Autonomous Region. It's already open to traffic. From a big perspective, the survey area belongs to the North China Depression Belt and is a secondary structural unit of the Sino-Korean paraplatform. The periphery of the depression zone is controlled by deep faults. The following main faults are developed in the survey area:

1, NE structural group. Including Soluo River fault, Qingliangjiang fault, Weiyunhe fault and Fuyang River fault. These faults generally strike northeast, with large scale and ups and downs along the strike. Weihe fault is a deep and big fault, and Fuyang River fault is a big fault. This fault controls the extension of Fuyang River, and it is inferred that its occurrence tends to the northwest and is a normal fault. 1March 1966 to1February 1975, an earthquake of magnitude 5 ~ 7.2 occurred in Longyao, Ningjin and Xinhe. Judging from the spatial distribution of the epicentre, the earthquake is related to the fault activity of this group, and it is presumed to be the focal structure. It has a certain degree of influence on the route engineering construction.

2. NE structural group. The fault groups are concentrated between Ningjin and Xinhe, showing a dense belt shape. Crossing the route or other faults has great influence on regional stability.

3. Near east-west structural group. The faults in this group are wavy along the strike and tend to the north or northeast. The epicenter of the earthquake is located at or near the intersection of the northeast-northeast fault zone.

4. NW-trending fault formation. Its scale is small, and it develops along the level of Yongbi-Ningjin-Nangong. The fault formed late and passed through other faults. In short, in the line crossing area, since Holocene, some areas (Ningjin and Xinhe areas) have strong tectonic activity, and there are some new and revived faults, most of which are active faults.

Comprehensive evaluation of seismic activity environment of engineering site

1. The site is located in the south-central part of Hebei plain seismic belt in North China seismic belt, and its main seismic risk comes from the seismic activity in Hebei plain seismic belt.

2. The Hebei plain seismic belt is currently in the stress adjustment stage after the great release stage of seismic activity, and the level of seismic activity in the next century is low. The magnitude 4.7 earthquake in Lincheng and Longyao on April 22, 2002 is a manifestation of its stress adjustment, and the conclusion has been confirmed.

3. The impact of the earthquake on the project site mainly comes from the aftershocks in Xingtai.

4. The magnitude of the ultra-late strong aftershock of Xingtai earthquake is about 5.5, so it is unlikely that an earthquake with magnitude above 6 will occur. The river basins crossed by the route include Ziya River Basin, Heilonggang River Basin and Zhangwei River Basin, mainly Ziya River Basin and Heilonggang River Basin. They are located at the eastern foot of Taihang Mountain, bordering Hutuo River Basin in the north, Yellow River and Hutuo River Basin in the west and Hema River Basin in the south, involving Shanxi, Henan and Hebei provinces, with a total basin area of 58762km? The mountainous area is 32,869 kilometers? , plain 25893 km? . The main rivers that the route passes through are Wei Canal, Qingliang River, Xishahe River, Fudong Paihe River, Fuyang River and Fuyang River. Most of them are reconstructed artificial rivers, so this feature should be fully considered when setting bridge and culvert structures.

The floods along the river basin are all caused by summer rainstorm, and the rainstorm season in the river basin is very concentrated. The annual rainfall often depends on one or several rainstorms. Most of the heavy rains and floods in this basin occur in July and August during the flood season. The torrential rain in this area has the characteristics of long duration, high intensity and wide coverage, so it often causes the floods of all rivers to surge at the same time, with high peaks and large quantities, resulting in flooding. Groundwater in Hebei plain belongs to loose rock pore water, which is rich in reserves but unevenly distributed. Xinhe, Nangong and Qinghe counties are salt water areas. Deep fresh water is located under the salt water layer in the middle of the plain, with a roof depth of about 50-200m, shallow in the west and deep in the east. The aquifer is mainly deposited by mountain rivers and the ancient Yellow River, mainly composed of medium-fine sand and silty sand, and the well depth is generally150-300m. The water quality is good, but the water richness is poor.

Due to years of drought and over-exploitation of groundwater, the groundwater level has dropped sharply. According to the survey, the groundwater level in Ningjin and Zhaoxian is 20-40 meters below the surface. The groundwater level is generally below 10m, which has no obvious influence on the project, but the probability of water damage is high in rainy years.
