Liu, 1999 studied in the graphic design department of the School of Design of the Central Academy of Fine Arts from 2003. In 2003, he served as artistic director of graphic design department in Yifei Visual Studio. In 2004, he was invited as an art consultant of Gunnar Publishing Group in Germany. In 2005, he participated in the establishment of Miwei Graphic Design Studio and participated in the final get it lounge.

His design works have won many awards, such as the Nomination Award of Tokyo Font Direction Club, the Nomination Award of new york International Art Direction Club, and the highest prize of Japanese "Rong" Graphic Design Competition.

He was invited to participate in graphic design exhibitions at home and abroad for many times, including "Speak louder" in 2005 and 2007, "7080 Young Graphic Designers Exhibition" in 2007, and V & in London in 2008; The design exhibition "China Design Now" was held in Hall A, and in 2008, he was the curator of "Two Pieces of Things-Invited Exhibition of German Designers".
