There are two main contents of online voting: cover letter and resume.

Unless the employer explicitly puts forward that the email has no attachment, it is necessary to paste the resume as the body of the email. Many people ignore the cover letter and think that employers will not read it. Resume screening starts after 9: 00, having dinner in the afternoon, resting until 2: 00, and then turning on the computer to continue working. Thirdly, it is not recommended to convert your resume into a PDF file. Some people think that PDF files are beautiful and generous, but they are not. The disadvantage of PDF files is that they cannot be modified. Sometimes, recruiters need to type and mark their resumes.
Third, mail.
Mailing resumes is an ancient way to send resumes. Now it is basically networked office, which is used less. Someone once said that he used a beautiful resume and envelope instead of taking the usual online route to win by surprise. However, this probability is still very small. We'd better submit our resumes according to the requirements of the employer.
