First, apply online.

There are several points to note when filling out an electronic resume:

1, use more keywords. Keywords are the criteria for recruiting companies and employers to screen resumes. Faced with thousands of resumes, it is impossible to screen them manually, but to screen them by electronic system. You should use these keywords more often when filling in.

3. Fill in the details. 4. Keep inner peace. Online application is a very unlikely thing. Because of the convenience of online application, the online application system is overcrowded. Sending electronic resumes directly to employers online is the main way to send job information. The employer left an email address on the job website, and we sent our resume to the company for screening.

There are two main contents of online voting: cover letter and resume.

1, about the cover letter. Generally speaking, the cover letter is the main body of the email, and the attachment is the resume. Unless the employer explicitly puts forward that the email has no attachment, it is necessary to paste the resume as the body of the email. Many people ignore the cover letter and think that employers will not read it. In fact, if there is no letter attached to the body of the email, there is only a bare attachment, then the possibility of this resume passing the screening is very small. Because the cover letter is the performance that the applicant attaches importance to and respects the employer. You must have a cover letter, but don't write it too long, because few people really read it carefully. 2. About the time of online investment. According to my experience, I suggest that you submit your resumes in two time periods, one is before 9 am and the other is before 2 pm. Because 9 am and 2 pm are generally the working hours of the human resources department of the employer. I was in charge of resume screening in state-owned enterprises for a period of time. Usually arrive at the company at eight o'clock in the morning for a short meeting. Resume screening starts after 9: 00, having dinner in the afternoon, resting until 2: 00, and then turning on the computer to continue working. The company's mail processing system classifies mails according to the receiving time. For example, the mail I distributed at 1: 55 precedes the mail I distributed at 1: 30. Of course, I will deal with the mail of 1: 55 first. 3. About repeated net investment. I suggest that you submit your resume, and if there is no response after one week, you can submit it again. The reason for doing this is to prevent your mail from being drowned in the vast ocean of mail because the company receives too many emails. 3. About the email title. The email title is an important means for employers to screen resumes. For example, if I want to read all the emails of human resources management positions, I will search for "human resources" in the title search. Only those emails with the words "human resources" in the title can be found by me. I won't find anything titled "Finance" or "Marketing". If the title of your email is empty, it's even harder to find. The mail processing system will delete the "unprocessed mail" regularly, and your resume will go directly to the "trash can". I suggest you fill in the email title in this mode (if the company has special requirements, it must be in accordance with the company's requirements): apply for a position-name-institution-major. If the recruitment information requires gender or work experience, you can write down gender or several years' work experience.

4. About attaching a resume. Generally speaking, resumes are sent to employers as attachments. First, make sure the email is an attachment. Sometimes, it will be miserable and bleak for a candidate to send a cover letter without a resume. Second, name the resume document. You can use the pattern of the above email title. Thirdly, it is not recommended to convert your resume into a PDF file. Some people think that PDF files are beautiful and generous, but they are not. The disadvantage of PDF files is that they cannot be modified. Sometimes, recruiters need to type and mark their resumes.

Third, mail.

Mailing resumes is an ancient way to send resumes. Now it is basically networked office, which is used less. Someone once said that he used a beautiful resume and envelope instead of taking the usual online route to win by surprise. However, this probability is still very small. We'd better submit our resumes according to the requirements of the employer.

What you should pay attention to when mailing your resume is:

1. Ensure that the mailing items are complete, and the materials required by the employer, such as resumes, cover letters, certificates and transcripts, cannot be less.

The envelope is beautifully written. If you can write the name and address of the company beautifully and generously, it will easily attract the attention of the employer. Of course, it is also possible that someone will write a book for you.
