1934 12 17 Dan Tianfang was born in Yingkou city, and he was born in a folk art family. Grandfather Wang was the first old artist to enter Shenyang through Shaoguan. Mother Wang was a famous Xihe drummer in 1930s and 1940s, and was called "White Girl". Father Shan Yongkui is a string master; Uncle Shan Yongsheng and Uncle Shan Yonghuai are Xihe Drum and storytelling actors respectively.
