The criminal Zhang Shuguang, male, born on February 25th, 1956 1956, Han nationality, from liyang city, Jiangsu Province, with a university degree, is currently serving his sentence in Yancheng Prison of the Ministry of Justice.

The Beijing No.2 Intermediate People's Court made the criminal judgment (20 13) No.530 on October 7th, 2065438. Defendant Zhang Shuguang was convicted of accepting bribes, sentenced to death, suspended for two years, deprived of political rights for life, and confiscated all personal property. After review, our hospital made (20 14) No.515 on February 6, 2065438, and approved it. Deliver execution upon delivery. Yancheng Prison of the Ministry of Justice put forward a proposal for commutation on February 20 17 13, and it was reviewed by the Prison Administration of the Ministry of Justice on June 0/2 of the same year and reported to our hospital for trial. On June 26th, 20 17, our hospital filed a case, which was publicized from July 3rd to July 7th, and a collegiate panel was formed for trial according to law. The trial is now over.
