The work in this period is mainly responsible for the following points:

Foreign clothing business:

Responsible for the development of foreign garment washing samples and the quality control of garment bulk washing, and went to the Philippines, Bangladesh, Jordan, Egypt and other countries to deal with bulk washing for many times, and took corresponding measures for different problems.

Domestic clothing business:

Responsible for the quality control of washing clothes ordered by Kaihuan in Jiangsu, Shandong and Shanghai,

Domestic large-scale freight business of fabrics and garments;

Responsible for assisting the fabric department and testing the development of new products, such as crease-resistant finishing function, tear tensile strength, color fastness, such as pH value, washing clothes has always been a relatively weak link in the mainland, and it is also my job to effectively control the quality of aquatic products.

Success stories:

In 2005, we assisted the development department to successfully develop wrinkle-resistant fabric with wrinkle resistance of 4 .5, washed it for 20 times, and kept the tensile strength and stability of the torn fabric within a reasonable range for acceptance. The orders of HAGGAR, ACADEMY, JCPENNY and BLOCK reached 300,000 per month. Its single factories are all over the Philippines, Jordan, Bangladesh, Egypt and other countries. So far, this technology is still beyond the reach of many companies.

Achievements: During 2005, I assisted the development department to successfully develop wrinkle-resistant fabrics, and the performance of the wrinkle-resistant fabrics reached 4.5 after washing for 20 times, and the tensile strength and stability of the torn fabrics were kept within a reasonable acceptance range. The monthly orders of HAGGAR, JCPENNY and BLOCK were below 300,000. So as to ensure the smooth operation and production of the Jordan factory under the condition of mature technical conditions. During this period, customers surpassed the Philippines, Jordan, Bangladesh, Egypt and other countries according to the crease-resistant pants single factory. So far, this technology is still beyond the reach of many companies.

Mainly participate in the professional production operation of the factory, assist the communication between departments and factories, control the product quality and production, analyze and solve the problems in the production process of the factory, skillfully use AQL standard inventory inspection in the production process of woven clothing and denim clothing, and have a better understanding of the washing of denim clothing, such as the effect of hand rubbing, the effect of cat spraying, the effect of monkey spraying, color washing, potassium permanganate medicine washing, etc.

During my work, I mainly came into contact with export-oriented knitted and woven clothing products, so the product quality control was strict. The clothing brands I came into contact with were as follows: "DKNY", "Calvin Klein", "ESPRIT", "A & ampf", "Tommy" and "Aike Red".

Mainly responsible for the control of cotton woven fabrics and the quality analysis of finished products to solve the defects in the fabric processing and production process. Through long-term contact, I am now familiar with the characteristics of woven fabrics and printing and dyeing production processes, such as calendering, waterproofing, wrinkle resistance, mercerization, dyeing, foam printing, flat screen printing and rotary screen printing. At the same time, I also have a certain understanding of denim fabrics.
