Liu Jianping, male, Han nationality, born in June, 1956, born in Changzhou, Jiangsu, with a university degree. He is currently the deputy director and member of the party group of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government. He has served as deputy secretary (presiding) and secretary of the Party Committee of Shanghai Chemical Raw Materials Company, researcher, director and office director of the Policy and Regulation Department of Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Religious Affairs, member of the Party Committee and office director of Shanghai Ethnic and Religious Affairs Committee, and deputy director of the Municipal Ethnic and Religious Affairs Committee. In July 2009, he served as deputy director and member of the party group of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government.
