The bioinformatics platform established by the Bioinformatics Research Group provides scientific research support for the laboratory of the Institute of Plant Ecology. The research work of bioinformatics group mainly includes the following directions:

Meta-analysis and integration algorithm of (1) genome, expression group, protein group and metabolomics.

(2) Functional genome analysis and evolutionary comparison of plants, microorganisms and insects.

(3) Modeling and analysis of gene regulatory network and small molecule disturbance in biological system.

(4) Protein tertiary structure modeling and molecular dynamics simulation.

The award-winning situation won the "Magnolia" Science and Technology Talent Fund of Shanghai in 2007.

20 10 was selected as the "Pujiang Talents" program in Shanghai.

20 10 was selected into the "Platform Hundred Talents" program of Chinese Academy of Sciences.
