Who was the first person to advocate the post-population in the history of China?
Ma Yinchu (65438+June 24th 0882-65438+May10,0982) was a legislator of Nanjing government. After the founding of New China, he served as deputy director of the Central Financial and Economic Committee, deputy director of the East China Military and Political Committee, dean and professor of Chongqing University Business School, professor of Nanjing University, professor of Beijing Jiaotong University, president of Peking University and president of Zhejiang University. 1957 was labeled as a rightist for publishing the theory of "new population theory" and was rehabilitated after the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party.
