Needle knife is a miniature surgical medical instrument and a tool for minimally invasive surgery. This surgical instrument looks like a needle, but it is actually a knife. During the operation, the needle knife is directly inserted percutaneously from the patient's treatment point, reaches the lesion site, closes and releases the soft tissue directly, and achieves the purpose of curing the disease by removing tissue adhesion, abnormally high stress points, hyperosteogeny, synovial effusion, blood vessel and nerve compression, pathological displacement of bone and joint, etc. The surgical incision is only 0.8 mm, and there is no incision after operation, let alone suture. According to the severity of the lesion, the operation process ranges from ten seconds to several minutes. Patients can go home after the operation and generally do not need to be hospitalized.
Needle-knife technique is a non-drug minimally invasive therapy, which can be called "green therapy". After more than 30 years of development, it is eclectic, fully absorbing the new knowledge of modern science and the latest achievements of modern medicine, and the scope of treatment is constantly expanding, such as intractable cervical spondylosis, intractable lumbar process, spinal stenosis, neck, shoulder, back and leg pain, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and other disciplines, such as regional diseases related to the spine, intractable headache, dizziness, insomnia, asthma, chest tightness, arrhythmia, angina pectoris, chronic stomach disease, tracheitis and so on.
