Youxian District is the only green industry demonstration zone in western China, with three national military research institutes, including China Academy of Engineering Physics, China Ordnance Equipment Group Automation Research Institute and China Hangfa Sichuan Gas Turbine Research Institute, five national key laboratories, four universities, 16 enterprise technology centers and more than 80,000 scientific and technological talents. The integration of national defense and civil technology has obvious industrial advantages.
