/kloc-0 graduated from Chen Ke high school in July, 1977;/kloc-0 was drafted into the army in February, 1978; he graduated from Donghai Branch of Naval Electronics College (technical secondary school) and junior college class of Naval Political College. 1984 transferred to Navy 3756 1 Army Club as an artist, propaganda officer and cultural officer. He has won four third-class merits. Chen Ke, who loved painting and calligraphy since childhood, has more time and space to engage in painting and calligraphy after being transferred to the general department. 1985, drew 100 slides in half a year, and won the first prize of Zhejiang Family Planning Slide Show Competition. His fans of clip art participated in the national art exhibition on the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.
