Liaocheng No.12 Middle School was built in 2003, located at No.65, Yu Wei Road, Liaocheng City, covering an area of more than 50 mu, with a comprehensive office building10.5 million square meters and a student canteen and dormitory of 5,400 square meters. It is a modern complete middle school directly under the Municipal Education Bureau, a municipal key public high school and a standardized school in Shandong Province.

On April 24th, Jiang, deputy secretary of Dongchangfu District Committee and district head, went to Liaocheng No.12 Middle School and Liaocheng Experimental Primary School to supervise the investigation and education.
