2. China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (CSIC) was established on1June 5th, 999+July 6th. It is a super-large state-owned enterprise established on the basis of some enterprises and institutions under the former China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation. It is an institution authorized by the state to invest and an asset management entity. Managed by the central government, it is one of the top ten military industrial groups in China.
