Ph.D. in Finance, University of Texas at Austin, USA; Master of Laws, University of Pennsylvania; Bachelor of Management, China University of Science and Technology. During his stay in the United States, he worked in JPMorgan Chase, engaged in the trading and pricing of derivative securities and the risk management of the company (involving the risks of position, capital, liquidity and credit status). He was the president of the American Chinese Finance Association. In cooperation with Dr. Zhang Zili of American Century Investment Management Company, he published Introduction to Modern Financial Investment, and published many papers on hedging, corporate financing and tender offer in various professional magazines.

Xuan Chang can have overseas study experience and rich experience in working in domestic and foreign-funded financial institutions and financial supervision departments. Xuan Changneng holds a doctorate in finance from the University of Texas at Austin and a master's degree in law from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He used to be a senior analyst on Wall Street. In 2000, he returned to China to work in China Securities Regulatory Commission as a member of the Planning Commission and deputy director of the agency supervision department. Joined CCB after 2004. He joined JC in 2006. Flowers, a private equity fund, is the managing director. Last year, he joined the central bank as the director of the Financial Research Institute.
