Xuan Chang can have overseas study experience and rich experience in working in domestic and foreign-funded financial institutions and financial supervision departments. Xuan Changneng holds a doctorate in finance from the University of Texas at Austin and a master's degree in law from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He used to be a senior analyst on Wall Street. In 2000, he returned to China to work in China Securities Regulatory Commission as a member of the Planning Commission and deputy director of the agency supervision department. Joined CCB after 2004.
