1986 graduated from the medical department of Xinjiang Medical University and stayed in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University as a neurologist. 1993- 1998 master's and doctoral students of Peking union medical college hospital, Peking union medical college, majoring in neurophysiology and dyskinesia. In 2002-2003, he studied in the Center for Neurology, Parkinson's Disease and Dyskinesia of Baylor Medical College.

He has been engaged in clinical, teaching and scientific research work of neurology for a long time, and participated in many clinical observation experiments at home and abroad aimed at preventing and treating Parkinson's disease, hypertension, cerebrovascular disease, dementia, headache and other diseases. He is good at the diagnosis and treatment of dyskinesia (extrapyramidal diseases) and has rich clinical experience in rare and difficult diseases characterized by dyskinesia. At present, the database of patients with dyskinesia in Peking Union Medical College Hospital has been established, which has accumulated rich specialized disease resources.

It is the first in China to use BNT advanced minimally invasive technology in the United States to treat various motor disorders of the nervous system, including spastic torticollis, eyelid spasm, hemifacial spasm, tremor, TIC disorder, spasm and so on. Combined with clinical practice, a series of single-fiber EMG studies of local BNT minimally invasive technique in remote areas were carried out, and many problems in clinical practice of BNT minimally invasive technique in neurology department were comprehensively analyzed and summarized, including mastering indications, selecting treatment dose, monitoring and positioning treatment site, controlling repeated treatment interval and preventing complications. The clinical application research of BNT minimally invasive technology is at the leading level in China. Most of the patients in specialist clinics are referred from hospitals in Beijing and all over the country, which has become the characteristic treatment of beijing beijing Dyskinesia Clinic.

As the project leader of the national continuing medical education project and the minimally invasive treatment class for dyskinesia and BNT, he has successfully held nine sessions of minimally invasive treatment classes for dyskinesia and BNT, and trained more than 800 doctors in related fields, which has played a good role in demonstrating and guiding the popularization and application of this treatment technology. Has been undertaking clinical teaching of neurology, and won the excellent teacher award of Peking Union Medical College Hospital. He presided over BNT Neurology Advanced Minimally Invasive Technology Project and won the Medical Achievement Award of Peking Union Medical College Hospital in 2004. The application of single fiber electromyography in motor nerve diseases and neuromuscular junction diseases and the establishment of standardized diagnostic methods won the second prize of China Medical Science and Technology in 2007.
