Jiang Xiaoyong was born in Shanghai, the third son of Jiang Jingguo and Jiang Fangliang. He was deeply loved by Chiang Kai-shek and Song Meiling since he was a child. When I grew up, I entered the military academy and then transferred to Taiwan Province Provincial University. Married Fang Zhiyi on July 23rd. 1973. After marriage, they have three sons: Jiang Youbai, Jiang Youchang and Jiang Youqing. Then the whole family moved to Canada to settle down. A few years later, he became a Canadian citizen. 1996, Jiang Xiaoyong died of cancer in Taipei veterans general hospital.
