The work mainly includes: (1) operating equipment and devices such as roller table, material turning, material pulling, shifting and lifting, or using tools to turn around, shift, turn over and send metal ingots and billets to the rolling mill; (2) Use tools or hydraulic devices to adjust the reduction of the rollers and control the passes; (3) operating rolling mills and other equipment to roll metal ingots and billets into billets and metal materials, such as pipes, plates, wires and molds; (4) operating a shearing sawing machine on a rolling production line to cut the metal material, the blank and the head and tail thereof into required lengths; (5) Treatment and sampling of rolling waste; (6) According to the technological requirements, the guide plate, guard plate and pass template of the rolling mill are manufactured; (7) Assemble the roller that is replaced as a whole, and equip and manage the roller; (8) Replace the guide plate, guard plate, roller, shaft and connecting device of the rolling mill; (9) Troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment.
