2. The bolts for installation (bolts for temporary fixation during production) do not need to be calculated separately, because the safety quota of components has been considered.
3. First calculate the length of each material, then calculate its theoretical weight and multiply it by meters. If the steel plate adopts thickness * length * width *7.85, the weight can be calculated. The general theoretical weight can be found in hardware manuals and some steel structure design manuals, as well as the theoretical weight of common materials of steel structures.
4. Calculation method of steel structure workshop
(1) the unit of quantity of steel structure is tons, and the simplest method is to multiply the volume by the specific gravity.
(2) For example, H-beam can be divided into upper wing plate, lower wing plate and web plate. Other gusset plates, tie-bar plates, bracing plates, stiffening plates and connecting plates can be multiplied by volume and then multiplied by quantity.
Struts and tie bars can be counted as cylinders and rings.
(3) Purlins, gutters, hemming and flashing can be expanded into plates to calculate the volume, and then converted into tonnage.
(4) The roof panel depends on the place. In some places, the area is used to represent the engineering quantity, and in some places, the tonnage is used to represent the project. Just calculate the corresponding tonnage or area according to the model.
⑤ Number of groups of high-strength bolts, directly count the number of single rows multiplied by the number of rows.
