Zuo Xu's mother is Song, a member and disciple of Chinese Dramatists Association, a master of Peking Opera and a national first-class actor of Hebei Peking Opera Theatre. He won the first prize in the national "Bao Zhong Bao Cup" middle-aged and elderly opera competition, and is also a famous Peking Opera master.
