Article 1: Speech on Nurses' Day Dear leaders, nurses and sisters:
Good afternoon everyone! My name is XXX, and I am a nurse in XX surgery. In the spring of May, the joyful mood ushered in our Nurses' Day-5.12 International Nurses' Day with the pace of progress. As an excellent nurse representative, I feel very honored. Please allow me, on behalf of the nurses in the hospital, to express my most sincere thanks to the leaders who care about and support the nursing work, and extend my most sincere wishes to the nurses and sisters. I wish you all a happy holiday.
No matter in the noisy day or at night with the lights on, when I shuttle between various patients, I do trivial nursing work over and over again. When I take good care of patients, I am sometimes misunderstood. I always remind myself: I am a nurse! I've always had this idea in my mind. Patients choose our * * hospital for medical treatment, which is the greatest trust in our * * hospital. We have the responsibility to jointly safeguard the reputation of * * Hospital. "Three-point rule, seven-point protection." Who doesn't need the meticulous care and careful care of nurses in one's life? "Nursing is an art." Nurses should have a sympathetic heart and a pair of hands willing to work. "Work 16 years, how many times I was covered in blood when I rescued a patient, and how many times I received a rescue call in the middle of the night and ran to the ward. I have suffered, been tired and complained about the hard work of nurses, but I didn't realize the value of being a nurse until I saw the patient recover and leave the hospital.
In 20** years, our department took the lead in developing high-quality nursing service in the whole hospital. Under the guidance of the hospital leaders, the nursing department, the department director and the head nurse, I earnestly performed the duties of the responsible team leader. Check the treatment and nursing work of patients all day, do a good job in basic nursing work and strengthen health education. Since the launch of the "quality nursing service" activity, our workload has increased compared with before. Facing the new challenges, I strictly demand myself, constantly strengthen professional study, actively guide our nurses to change their concepts and strive to improve their skills to meet the needs of quality nursing. In the past year, our group took care of many critically ill patients, and they all recovered and were discharged under our careful care. In February, 20**, a patient with hemorrhagic shock due to bladder rupture was admitted to our department. When the patient was admitted to the hospital, he was covered in mud and blood. I waited beside her, opened the venous access for her, monitored the nursing work such as electrocardiogram, oxygen inhalation and indwelling catheter, and then wiped her whole body with a hot towel, completely ignoring the bloody smell on her body. When I wiped the patient's body thoroughly, I put on a clean gown and waited anxiously for the patient to wake up. That day, I stayed at the patient's bedside until the patient's vital signs were stable. Finally, under my careful care, her condition gradually improved and she came back from the brink of death. I finally breathed a sigh of relief, these days' efforts were not in vain!
As a nurse working at the grass-roots level, I am an ordinary seed in the vast land of China's medical career, and I don't expect to grow into a towering tree. Just thinking, when I grow up, I can provide a cool paradise for people who are running around. When the patients walked out of the hospital with smiles, my goal was achieved. I want to be a seed of "love", simple but persistent.
In the past year, I have been assigned by the nursing department to participate in intensive care twice, which is the trust of the hospital and the leaders. I obey the arrangement unconditionally, always work hard, go all out and dare not slack off. I regard every intensive care as an opportunity to learn from other departments and colleagues, and I also make continuous progress and improvement in my work. I would like to thank leaders at all levels for giving me this opportunity. In the future work, I will, as always, fulfill my duties, constantly improve myself, strengthen my own learning, learn from each other's strengths, and change the nursing mode from case nursing and group nursing practice to functional nursing and responsibility nursing. These new working methods are the inheritance of the original nursing working methods, and they are all aimed at providing patients with more comprehensive, holistic and systematic services.
* * * * Hospital, its career is flourishing and its glory is in the ascendant. We nurses should be more modest and sincere, start from every corner of the hospital and strive to be excellent nurses. I firmly believe that as long as we "start from the heart, treat each other with care, and provide subtle services" to satisfy patients, our social value will be fully displayed, and the future of * * hospital will be brilliant!
My speech is over, thank you!
Title II: Speech on Nurses' Day Dear leaders, judges and contestants,
Hello everyone! Today, the topic of my speech for you is "Angels Grasp Life".
Someone once compared the profession of a teacher to a candle, illuminating others and burning oneself. It is compared to a ladder, supporting others and standing upright. In fact, when you watch the nurses scurrying in the long/quiet/warm corridor of the hospital and look at their strong and powerless backs, you will find that these two classic metaphors are perfect for nurses.
They have no earth-shattering deeds, but they play an important role in the whole medical activities. They don't have the magic of turning stone into gold, but they can inject vitality into withered life. They have created many glories with their wise minds, skilled nursing skills, advanced management concepts and selfless dedication.
A white swallowtail hat is a symbol of the sacredness and beauty of nurses, and a "angels in white" is people's respect and praise for nurses. For many days, nurses fought in the front line of saving lives and saving lives against time. For many nights, nurses resisted the ravages of death at the bedside. When diseases cast a shadow over innocent people, angels in white used their wisdom and true feelings to arouse the sunshine of life. All rights reserved.
Some people say that a nurse's mind is as broad as the sea, and she can accommodate millions of sick fathers and brothers. A nurse's personality is as selfless as a candle. She burns herself and illuminates others. The nurse's behavior is as warm as the spring breeze, and she takes away all the sadness and pain. The nurse's heart is as pure as a clear spring, which brings the spring of life to patients suffering from diseases. Therefore, people gave her a beautiful name: angels in white.
Isn't it? Who inserted the infusion needle accurately and gently into the patient's blood vessel? Who is racing against time to save a strange life? Who takes care of patients like their own children? Who jumped out of a deep sleep unconditionally at midnight and ran to the patient? Who is walking alone on the way home at dawn, silently savoring the hard work of the night? Who is happy to see the cured patient discharged from the hospital, just put down the farewell arm and turn to the new patient? And whose eardrum was first shaken by the baby's first loud cry? Who will eventually disappear before the peaceful end of life? This is the most common picture in our nurse's life! This is interpreted as a candle that illuminates other people's lives and decorates the world with colorful colors. They are a steady ladder, helping every life climb the dangerous cliff and bloom new hope! Then, I thought of a more vivid metaphor: a soldier who fought against the disease.
When it comes to the word "warrior", some people may disagree. Dressed in a white nurse's uniform, she walked quietly between the ward, the office and the operating room with light steps. There is no wind and rain, no gunfire and smoke, and even the speech is as soft, polite and warm as Spring Breeze. You don't have to fight, you don't have to kill or bleed, and even moving your arms seems to hurt the air. Can such a person still be called a "warrior"? However, if you have seen the following dribs and drabs, you will definitely sigh: angels in white, you are a' warrior' defending human life!
Let's go into an ordinary nurse's family and visit a sick nine-year-old child. Look! He held a sick arm and looked at the thermometer carefully in the sun. The temperature shown above surprised the children themselves: 39 degrees? ! Looking at an empty home, no one can help. So, the child picked up the phone: "Hello, is it mom?" I took my temperature, 39 degrees. "There was a moment's silence on the other end of the phone, and a slightly trembling voice came:" Oh, mom knows that you are a brave and sensible child, and you will take good care of yourself, right? "Because you know that there are patients who need their mothers now, right?" "Mom, I understand!" The child who put down the phone walked to his crib alone. The mother who put down the receiver hurried to the ward again. This is by no means an illusory picture, but a true story that happened in the home of a nurse in our hospital. Today, when there is only one small sun in every family, can't our nurses bear the word "without hesitation"? In the same ward, another nurse gave up more than 90 days of rest for two years, which means that she can only rest for half a day every week on average for two years. Have you ever thought that she is also a mother, a wife and a daughter, and also has the ups and downs of her life? They also have their own parents, children, human feelings and obligations. She is so weak and strong, and she is also flesh and blood. However, they know that life is more important than Mount Tai.
However, they are not iron men. They sometimes fall down. In the late autumn of 20XX, we will never forget that sad day. At that time, the new ward building of the hospital had just been moved, and everything seemed to have a new starting point. However, no one expected that ZXY, a 40-year-old brain surgery nurse, suddenly fainted in the night ward due to subarachnoid hemorrhage, thus completing her short journey in a hurry. When we said our final farewell to her with great sadness, we found a pair of nurse shoes under her coffin. She used to wear these shoes on the road of saving others' lives, and she gave many patients wearing these shoes some selfless warmth. Now, this pair of shoes will follow her to a quiet world and accompany her forever loneliness ... Through the rising smoke, we seem to see that the nightingale is stretching out her holy hands and embracing ZXY, who is coming towards her gradually.
This is our angel and this is our soldier. They shoulder the great trust of human life with weak shoulders!
