Zhao Linghuan (President of Hony Capital and Executive Vice President of Legend Holdings Limited)

Mr. Zhao Linghuan is currently the President of Hony Capital and the Executive Vice President of Legend Holdings Limited, responsible for the overall management of Hony Capital and Legend Holdings' strategic investment business.

He graduated from the Physics Department of Nanjing University, and received a master's degree in electronic engineering and physics from Northern Illinois University, and a master's degree in business administration from Kellogg Business School of Northwest University. he

He used to be a director of well-known enterprises such as China Lenovo Group, Unocom and Xinhua Life Insurance. Prior to this, Mr. Zhao Linghuan also held core leadership positions in American Robotics Corporation (NASDAQ, USRX), a leading data communication company in the United States, and Shure Brothers, a famous American teleconference equipment manufacturer.

In 2003, he joined Legend Holdings and founded Hony Capital. At present, Hony Capital's total investment exceeds 46 billion yuan, and its seven-phase fund has invested in more than 70 enterprises.
