He has served as a teacher of Jiayu TV University, a cadre of the Political and Legal Committee of Jiayu County Procuratorate, a deputy secretary and secretary of Jiayu County Committee of the Communist Youth League, a deputy secretary and mayor of Xinjie Town of Jiayu County, a deputy mayor of chibi city Municipal People's Government, and a director and party secretary of Xianning Tourism Bureau. He is currently the deputy secretary of Chongyang County Committee of the Communist Party of China, the county magistrate and the party secretary.
