Hua Guan was originally named Bao Huapu, a famous poet and writer. Member of Chinese Writers Association, 1922 was born in June in guo zhuang cun, Sannvhe Township, Feng Run County, Hebei Province. 65438-0940 joined the Literature Department of North China United University as an army reporter.

1940, he left home and went to the anti-Japanese battlefield, moving to the north and south for many years. After he joined the army, childhood scenes often came to his mind. Therefore, he created a novel "Xiao Jie Yu" with rain as the protagonist, which was published in Shanxi-Chaji Daily.
