Lecturer at the training base for interventional diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases (congenital heart disease intervention) of the Ministry of Health, expert at Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine, dean of the School of Pediatric Continuing Education of Shanghai Jiaotong University, and director of pediatrics at Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine.

1987 was admitted to Shanghai second medical university to study for a master's degree, and 1998 received a doctor's degree from Shanghai second medical university. 1999 promoted to chief physician and professor. He went to Grantham Hospital of Hong Kong University and Boston Children's Hospital of Harvard University for further study in 1997 and 1999, and studied in School of Public Health and School of Public Policy of University of California, Berkeley in 2004.
