If you insist on running every day, you can write down how many kilometers you run every day and how many days you persist, which shows that you have strong self-control and willpower and can adapt to high-intensity and high-pressure work. You should also write down what you have mastered and what you can use in a targeted and concise manner, and try not to have words like full mastery.
