Taiwan Province Province, China, international political scholar, retired army colonel, native of Shuili Township, Nantou County, Taiwan Province Province, and Shanghang County, Fujian Province. He graduated from the Second Department of Political Science in Paris, obtained a master's degree from the Institute of East Asian Studies of Chengda University, and was a founding member of the 26th Department of Political Science of the School of Political War (now the School of Political War of National Defense University). He is currently an associate professor in the Department of Foreign Affairs of Chengda University.
