After logging into the system, the applicant should carefully check whether the name and ID number are entered incorrectly. If an error is found, you need to delete the declaration information with one click and notify the system administrator of the unit to change it. If the reporting company is wrong, the system administrator needs to delete the account, and then re-create the account under the correct reporting company.

Error in basic information such as declaration method or series:

(1), which has not been submitted. I log in to my account and click the button in the upper left corner of the basic information page to delete the declaration information.

(2) If it has been submitted, the approver can return it for modification. Click a key in the upper left corner of the basic information page to delete the application information.

One-click deletion of declaration information is not a general modification, but a re-declaration. Please pay attention to the deadline for declaration.

Fill in the information and upload a picture or PDF. You can't upload it without confirming the button.

Resolution problem, press and hold ctrl to scroll the mouse wheel to reduce the page, and you will see the OK button. Or select Page Zoom in the upper right corner of the page, and display it after reducing the page scale. In the process of returning for modification, the applicant cannot add or modify in batches.

The parent company can only modify the chapters that have been returned for modification, and the chapters that have not been returned for modification cannot be modified. Applicants should pay attention to check the reasons for withdrawal.

Certificate download:

(1) After obtaining the certificate, the applicant can log on to the declaration page and click on the upper right corner to inquire about the certificate download.

(2) Download in the certificate management through the system administrator of the reporting unit.

(3) The relevant information entered in the certificate query on the homepage of the website only shows the information of the verification certificate, and the certificate cannot be downloaded here.

Please contact the system administrator of the higher organization. The superior system administrator can click User Management-Manage User Management-Create a subordinate system administrator, select the corresponding organization name and reset the password.
