Hu Tu, Ji surname, Hu Shi, Ming Tu, doctor of the State of Jin in the Spring and Autumn Period. In the winter of the 14th year of Jin Dynasty (637 BC), he was arrested by Huai Gong for not calling his second son back to China.
Duke Huai said to Tu, "If the son returns, he will be exempted from sin." Suddenly, he replied, "If my son can be an official, my father will be loyal to him." "A father teaches two sons. What do you care about him?" Rejected Huai Gong's request and was killed. The following year, the State of Qin was sent to the State of Jin, who greeted him and killed Huai Gong. Zhong Er acceded to the throne for the sake of Jin Wengong.
Brief introduction of Hutu Temple:
The largest Hutu Temple is located in the north of Ximayu Village, Bahuali, southwest of Qingxu County. It was built in the fifth year of Song Xuanhe (1 123), renovated in the first year of Jin Mingchang (1 190) and the twenty-sixth year of Yuan Dynasty (1289), and decorated with statues of warrior maids and Hutu couples.
In the Ming Dynasty, the Immortal Hall was expanded, and the stone pillars and wooden components of Zhengde period in the Ming Dynasty have been well preserved so far. In the Qing Dynasty, the two floors of the mountain gate, the music platform and the bell and drum were expanded to form a heavy courtyard building with a width of 30 meters from east to west and a depth of 75 meters from north to south, covering an area of about 2,200 square meters.
