1990 graduated from Foreign Languages College of Hebei University with a bachelor's degree in Japanese language and culture, and stayed in the Japanese Institute of this school to engage in Japanese education research; 1995 graduated from Hebei university with a master's degree in foreign education history; In 2000, he graduated from the School of Education of Hebei University, majoring in the history of foreign education, and received a doctorate in education. He was appointed as an associate professor in 2000, a professor in 2002 and a doctoral supervisor in 2005. In 2004, he was transferred to the Education College of Hebei University. He is currently a professor at the School of Education of Hebei University, a doctoral supervisor of foreign education history, a master's supervisor of comparative education, a leader of Japanese language and culture, and a researcher at the Japan Institute of Hebei University. Social part-time jobs include the executive director of the National Society of Comparative Education and the director of the Japanese Society of China.
