1990 graduated from the department of applied chemistry of Tianjin University, majoring in polymer chemical engineering, and entered the Institute of Hepatobiliary Diseases of the Third Central Hospital of Tianjin. 1997 obtained a master's degree in polymer materials from the Department of Applied Chemistry of Tianjin University. 1997–2001obtained a doctorate in biotechnology from the life engineering research department of tokyo institute of technology University. In the same year, he won a postdoctoral scholarship from the Japan Society for the Promotion of Learning (JSPS) and worked as a postdoctoral fellow at the National Institute of Medical Products and Food Hygiene in Japan, and then worked as a researcher at the institute. In 2005, he returned to China and worked as a professor in the Bioactive Materials Laboratory of School of Life Sciences, Nankai University.
Over the years, research and work have been carried out in the fields of biomaterials and cell molecular biology related to artificial liver and liver regeneration medicine, such as liver tissue engineering scaffold, hepatocyte gene transfection, and original research results have been obtained. Many research papers have been hired by the authoritative magazine biomaterials and published in international academic conferences for many times. In recent years, we have focused on integrating the principles and technologies of biology, materials science and bioengineering, developed bioactive materials and cell bioreactors for genetic engineering biosynthesis, and studied the basic mechanism and technology of constructing three-dimensional bionic extracellular microenvironment. Further reveal the interaction between cells and materials and the principle and law of promoting tissue regeneration in vitro and in vivo; To explore the application of liver tissue engineering research in drug toxicity evaluation and pharmacological research in vitro and in vivo.
