I used to be a person without a plan. Later, I used to write down some things to do in memos. After a long time, I got into the habit of making annual plans. I tried it and felt better and better, so I kept insisting. This is something that can improve my happiness, provided that you write something to do.
At the beginning of the year, I wrote many but clear goals. If the goals are specific, the probability of realization will be much higher. For example, take more trips, or plan where to go, buy things and what to buy, list them one by one and gradually improve them. I have done everything except the study plan, as if I am past the age of loving learning. I made a reading plan at the beginning of the year, so I bought books every month, and I finished all the books I bought, but I seldom wrote reading notes. The plan to travel abroad has also been realized, but the original trip to Tibet ran aground and was planned as a graduation trip. Mainly because there is no money, of course, I went to some unplanned cities.
20 17 my biggest gain should be photography. I insisted on doing this, which made me discover many things that I didn't notice, and I felt that my happiness was improved and the future would be better. As long as I work hard, I will live the life I want.
