Xiahui Village Committee is located in the west of Youshan Town, Nanxiong City, with a total area of 6.57 square kilometers and 3088 mu of cultivated land, including 2 144 mu of paddy field and 944 mu of dry land. It has jurisdiction over 20 villagers' groups, 13 natural villages, with 593 households and a population of 3083. The annual collective income of this village is 1.85 million yuan, with 5 village cadres and 53 in party member. Crops mainly grow rice, and cash crops mainly include yellow tobacco, peanuts and soybeans.

Xiahui Village is adjacent to Gucheng Village, Huangtian Village, Datang Village, You Shan Community, Jiahekou Village, Shangshuo Village, Jinbei Village, Ai Jing Village, Jiangtian Village, Daxiao Village, Kongcun Village, Yancun Village, Huangdi Village and Linping Village.

On August 24, 2020, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Guangdong Province announced the first batch of "one village, one product, one town and one industry" professional villages in Guangdong Province, and Xiahui Village was on the list (four wonderful meters).

There are many tourist attractions near Xiahui Village, such as Shangshuo Pagoda, Linping Village Xizi Pagoda, Zhuji Gu Xiang, Guangdong Meiguan Ancient Road (Meiling Ancient Road) and Vanilla World Forest Park. There are Nanxiong salted duck, Nanxiong tobacco leaf, Nanxiong pickled cabbage jiaozi, yellow tobacco, Nanxiong ginkgo and other specialties.
