What happened in Kyrgyzstan? Why can Lukashenko of Belarus go to the present?
The events in Kyrgyzstan can be said to be a revolution in the contemporary context. The opposition armed forces in Kyrgyzstan quickly occupied the government building and forced the president to step down by resolute means. Belarus, which is also in turmoil, has not seen this situation, mainly because of various differences between the two countries. First of all, the prestige of the two presidents is very different. Kyrgyz President Zheenbekov has only been in power for three years. Compared with Belarusian President Lukashenko who has been re-elected for six times, it is really nine Niu Yi hairs. Secondly, the nature of the contradictions between the two countries is different. The revolution in Kyrgyzstan stems from contradictions among the people, and the two factions are irreconcilable. The contradiction in Belarus stems from the intervention of the western world, and the people are more United. Finally, there is a gap in ability between the two presidents. Zheenbekov did nothing after the coup, but Lukashenko suppressed the unrest in a short time. My views on this matter are as follows.

First, the president's different prestige does not mean that he can be recognized as the president of a country, but also needs to make convincing performance during his term of office. Obviously, Zheenbekov, who has only been in office for three years, has made no achievements. His position in the hearts of the people may not be as good as that of the last Kyrgyz president.

Second, the nature of contradictions is different. No matter what kind of contradictions exist within the country, when faced with external forces trying to interfere in their own politics, the people's positions are the same. Therefore, the vast majority of people in Belarus can resolutely resist the provocation of the West. Kyrgyzstan, on the other hand, is completely different. The outbreak of contradictions among the people has almost torn the country apart.

Third, the president's ability is different. Lukashenko has been operating in Belarus for many years and knows how to deal with emergencies effectively. In addition, he has always attached importance to the close relationship with Russia, so he is not afraid of western forces. Zheenbekov's ability is really not enough to compare with it.

What do you think caused the drastic changes in Kyrgyzstan?
