Rehabilitation Physiotherapist (rehabilitation evaluation essential oil therapist) has the certificate of essential oil therapy rehabilitation physiotherapist issued by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, referred to as "essential oil therapist" for short. This training was independently organized by China Modern Essential Oil Professional Committee. Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Vocational Skills Appraisal Bureau of the People's Republic of China is a national institution in China, which is responsible for coordinating the personnel management of enterprises and institutions, and coordinating urban and rural employment and social security policies. The Fourth Plenary Session of the First Session of the Eleventh National People's Congress (2008.03. 1 1) deliberated and adopted the "Institutional Reform Plan of the State Council", and at the same time established the National Civil Service Bureau, which was managed by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and no longer retained the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. The only institution in charge of personnel rights in People's Republic of China (PRC).

Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security China Employment Training Technical Guidance Center (China) was established in 1998 and co-located with Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Vocational Skills Appraisal Institute. Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security is a directly affiliated institution, responsible for the technical guidance of national employment and vocational training, as well as the technical guidance and organization and implementation of vocational skill appraisal. China Employment Training Technical Guidance Center (co-located with the Vocational Skills Appraisal Administration of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security) is a public institution directly under the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, and the government is the only one designated to be responsible for the organization and implementation of technical guidance and vocational skills appraisal for national employment and vocational training.
